When you feel the need to empower or re-energize yourself, try this exercise.
Put on on warm red socks. Sit on the edge of a stool or chair. Keep your back straight. Tilt your chin a bit forward but not touching your chest. Place feet flat on floor at width of hips. Hold your hands under your ribcage resting against your belly button with your right palm on top facing down clasped over your left palm that faces up. Raise your tongue to the roof of your mouth. Breathe gently in from your abdomen and out. Continue the gentle breathing.
Think of healing yourself, of being kind. Seek peace. Your hands will quickly become warm and before long you will feel invigorated. Do this exercise in the morning and up until about 2:00 PM. Do not use before bedtime as it will keep you awake.
